Short-term (12 to 36 months) interest only bridge loans secured by investment or business owner occupied properties.
Conventional Loans
Conventional(up to 25 years) loans for commercial investment or business owner occupied properties with rates as low as 5.5%.
Bridge to SBA Hybrid
Short-term (3 to 12 months) interest only bridge loans with a conversion to an SBA CDC/504 loan upon milestone completion.
SBA CDC/504 Loans
Long-term (up to 25 years) business real estate loans for properties that are 51% or more business owner occupied.
